  Collection and Inspection

  We will schedule a professional courier to collect the item from your home, followed by a quality inspection at our warehouse.

  Refund or Store Credit

  Once the inspection is successful, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit, minus applicable delivery fees.
